Yoga to Go and Nidra DessertsThe benefits of yoga go way beyond the physical. And many yoga techniques can be applied to every day life situations. In this workshop, Dennis Kast will guide you through an integrative yogic approach to everyday life challenges, such as dealing with difficult emotions, aging gracefully or something as simple as better managing the clutter in your life. The practices will be a weave of yoga, positional yoga therapy, breathing, and yoga nidra meditation. You will learn compassionate and simple approaches that you can easily apply in your life whenever needed and where-ever you are! A CD of related yoga nidra meditation will be offered for $15.
Saturday, September 20th, 1:00 - 4:00 pm $60 if paid by 9/13, $65 thereafter
