Wellness Thermography provides comprehensive thermography services that detect breast cancer and other diseases. Serving the Atlanta area, it will soon add Kennesaw, Marietta, Roswell and Newnan to its service locations, and even travel to people’s homes when needed.

Areas of pathology in the body can be identified by reading their metabolic activity. Thermography uses ultrasensitive, high-resolution cameras and high-tech software to measure infrared heat emissions. It produces both color and gray-scale images of the body's health for optimal interpretation. The process is pain free and radiation free.

The company offers three types of services: breast health thermography, female and male screening, and full-body screening. It can help with early detection of many pathologies including breast cancer, fibrocystic breast disease, thyroid diseases, carotid artery blockages, risk of stroke, lymphatic system inflammation, digestive distress, early-stage diabetes, melanoma and reduced heart function.

Patients also receive a written interpretation of results along with recommendations for improving their health.

“We are affiliated with Breast Thermography International, which gives us access to top physicians to provide interpretations of results,” says owner Tatiana Yefremova, a certified thermography technician. “Our senior physician has PhDs in oncology and gynecology, and over 30 years in thermology. We’re the only company we know of that offers a three-level review by MDs.”

Yefremova occasionally travels to Ukraine, where she offers services at cost. As an effective noninvasive, early-detection screen for radiation, the technology is in demand in areas near Kiev, which was the site of a nuclear explosion in 1986, raising risk of cancers in nearby residents.

Wellness Thermography offices are located at 5555 Glenridge Connector, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30342. For more information, visit or call 404-254-9048.
