This Morning Restore gentle yoga class is suitable for practitioners of all levels. By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that allows your body to effortlessly hold yoga poses by use of yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. Unite the body and mind through this practice of deep relaxation and meditation.

This class will be held inside the Grotto. Dress comfortably. Bring items to enhance your comfort level (i.e. additional pillow and blanket). All yoga props provided. Only $20!

Event Cancellation Policy Due to limited seating for all events, please note, if you cancel your event registration more than 24 hours prior to the event start time, your ticket(s) will be canceled and refunded as a credit to your account. Event registrations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event start time will be canceled, however no refunds will not be given.
