Yoga Nidra, A Meditative Practice of Conscious, Deep Relaxation

Yoga Nidra, or ‘Yoga Sleep’, is a guided mediation that brings you into a state of conscious, deep relaxation. This practice takes you on a journey through layers of the physical and subtle bodies and invites you to use your awareness to promote creativity and healing. Yoga Nidra has been shown to have physical, psychological and neurological benefits: helps with stress reduction, trauma and ptsd, restores energy and improves overall health and well being.

This practice is done lying down or seated comfortably. To prepare, wear comfortable clothing, have a pillow, blanket or shawl if you like. If at home, find a private comfortable place to lie down (or sit).There will be a brief overview at the beginning and time after to connect.
