Unity Atlanta is kicking off Pet Appreciation Week with an Animal Blessing and Pet Vendor Showcase for the community.

We will be giving thanks for the love and divinity brought through our animals by blessing them on this special day. Dogs, cats, and other animals–small, large, furry, and non-furry are welcome, along with their humans. The blessing will be held outdoors from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. You don’t have to have a pet to participate, just come and celebrate the joy animals bring us!

Local animal-focused businesses and organizations such as FurKids, Hollywood Feed, Whiskers on Kittens and more will be on hand to share information about their services, and the Gwinnett County K9 unit will be stopping by if they aren't called to duty.
