During this 4 (maybe a bit longer) hour certification process, Becky will teach the fundamentals of Reiki energy healing. You will also receive attunement for self healing: Reiki Level One.

Reiki Level One is the first step one takes when starting out on their Reiki Practitioner journey. Reiki, meaning “universal life force energy,” is a spiritual practice that involves the transfer of healing energy through the hands of a reiki practitioner.

This profound technique can bring about physical, emotional, spiritual change and well-being by clearing energetic blockages and enhancing the body’s natural healing process. Learn how to promote parasympathetic nervous system relaxation, reduce stress, restore a sense of calm and heal yourself naturally! Learning and facilitating Reiki energy is life changing.

• Brief overview of the chakra system
• Learn about Energy and how to work with it for yourself to clear, protect & balance
• Different ways to use Reiki to heal your physical, emotional or spiritual issues
• Learn how to use the sensitivity in your hands & energy as a tool for healing
• How to use intuition to locate areas that need healing and how to treat them.

STEP 2

• Lessons on Reiki 1 symbol: How to draw, activate and use it
• Reiki symbol uses: What they are and how to use them.
• The hand placement system for self-healing (Reiki 1)
• Learn and Practice of self healing
• Intuitive Reiki Practice on seeing, feeling and/or hearing messages based on energy

• Attunement for Reiki I - Reiki 1 symbol
• Reiki Manual and guidebooks
• Practice homework
