Health Symposium Fosters Multidisciplinary Approach
The Ancestral Health Society will meet from August 15 to 17 for three days of presentations, networking and social events centered on ancestral health, at the Sheraton Atlanta. The weekend includes a Thursday night welcome reception, movement sessions, catered lunches and a banquet dinner on Saturday night. The Ancestral Health Symposium is an event that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and discussion between scientists, researchers, academics, healthcare professionals, clinicians and laypersons. The goal of the group is to study and communicate about modern health from an evolutionary perspective to develop solutions to current health challenges. This year’s program will provide more targeted information in an intimate and interactive setting via small workshops. There will also be designated time and space for meditation, breathing and stretching exercises. For more information, call Katherine at 404-281-1662 or visit AncestryFoundation.org.
