Marietta Yoga is offering a three-hour Yoga Nidra class with Dennis Kast from 1 to 4 p.m., January 17. Yoga Nidra helps individuals relax and work with positive intentions on a deeper level, ensuring greater success. This class is the perfect way to start off the New Year, with a focus on positive goal setting and letting go of negative belief systems.

Kast has been teaching yoga classes, workshops and private sessions in the Atlanta area for 14 years. After 30 years in a business career, he retired to a career in yoga and fitness, and has completed a 200-hour and 500-hour certification at Kripalu, a three-year certification in iRest/yoga nidra, and assisted in several teacher training programs at Kripalu. Also certified in positional yoga therapy, Kast focuses most of his yoga studies on the healing aspects of yoga.
