Natural Awakenings Atlanta

Bring It Om Yoga Studio Opens In Buckhead

Close friends, yoga lovers and teaching buddies for over 10 years, Elizabeth Beggs and Leticia Lopez recently opened Bring It Om® Yoga in Buckhead.

Primarily a power yoga studio, Bring It Om® also offers specialty classes such as Budokon-infused yoga and restorative yoga. Plans are in the works to schedule workshops to “complement the evolution” of their students’ practice. They also offer retail goods including Lululemon, Alo and Alala.

Beggs and Lopez worked with Atlanta architects and interior designers to create an “inviting industrial-chic vibe,” with natural light and infrared heat. Wanting the experience to be upscale, they chose a 2400-square-foot space with a spacious yoga room, state-of-the-art lockers, showers and “trendy retail.”

The name of the studio reflects the pair’s shared concept of yoga and lifestyle. Lopez once described her style as “I’m a ‘bring it Om’ kind of teacher,” and the name stuck. Since then, she asks her students to “tap into the power and strength that lives within each of us—vibrating together like the sound of Om. You see? We bring it Om!”

Although Beggs and Lopez have taught yoga around Atlanta for over six years, they felt an affinity with Buckhead, where their clients and friends are located. Buckhead is also “the perfect combination of power and mindfulness, which is what Bring It Om is all about,” says Lopez.

Bring It Om Yogis is located in Andrews Square at 56 E Andrews Dr. NW, Buckhead. For scheduling, pricing and a photo gallery visit
