Alive! Expo Comes to Cobb Galleria
As usual, the expo features companies in the areas of alternative medicine and healthy living: chiropractors, naturopaths, natural products, organic foods, environmentally-friendly products for the home, vitamins and supplements, and more. Cigna will provide screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol levels, as well as BMI (body mass index) testing. Speakers and cooking demonstrations will round out the offerings.
Admission is $5 in advance and $10 at the door. Individuals bringing three or more nonperishable food items—no expired products or glass containers, please—for the I Care Atlanta food bank will receive $5 off their day-of-show tickets.

The $25 VIP ticket includes a goodie bag of products valued at a minimum of $100. VIP sales proceeds will go to Project Green, a nonprofit organization founded and led by Alive! Expo founder Patrycja Towns. The expo website states that Project Green “will develop and launch an annual Back to Basics Summer Camp program for underserved children and teenagers, and kids in foster care.”
