In this half-day silent retreat, Kelsang Dechok will guide meditations and give practical instructions on how to train our mind in authentic gratitude.
By recognizing that we need other living beings to help us improve our practice of happiness and inner peace, we will naturally cherish all living beings as being precious and develop gratitude for their role in our spiritual practice. How can we train our mind in love and compassion without others to love? How can we train our mind in patience without adversity and people to challenge us?
Treat yourself to a half-day of stillness and silence, in which Gen Kelsang Norden will guide meditations and give teachings on how to train our mind to see all living beings, including those who cause us difficulties in our life, as supremely precious and necessary for our spiritual growth.
