For the last 25 years, Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia has been a place of refuge for the Atlanta community and neighboring cities in the Southeast. Through meditation classes, retreats and other events, we have helped countless people by providing teachings on how to manage and overcome depression, anxiety, stress and learn how to deal with the difficulties of daily life in a positive, constructive way.

Now more than ever, we need methods to increase our love, compassion, empathy and patience. We need a place of real refuge in a world that has proven unreliable and unstable. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to ensure the financial stability of Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia as we head into 2024.
