This event is designed to bring inner peace and tranquility through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while enjoying the healing and heart-opening effects of ceremonial-grade cacao.

Cacao ceremonies are a centuries-old ritual, seen as the ultimate heart-opener. In addition to being packed full of vitamins and minerals, cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal, detoxify, and boost your immune system.

During the event, you will be guided to set an intention for your healing journey, we will do a heart opening meditation and an angel card reading for insight and connection while we drink cacao.

Then, you can sit, lay down or even dance if you like, and allow the beautiful sounds of the 432hz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to wash over you, helping to release any tension, stress, and negativity. The cacao assists in opening your heart and increasing feelings of joy and connection.

We recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else to help you feel comfy. However, we do have chairs, blankets, and yoga mats available for use as well.
