The popular annual gardening event will feature plant sales from Alpharetta’s Community Agriculture Program and the North Metro Atlanta Chapter of the Georgia Native Plant Society.

There will be something for everyone. Vendors with garden accessories and tools, a wide variety of plants, including natives, heirloom plants and vegetables, herb and cut flower starts, and the popular “Pass-Along-Plant-Sale” featuring thousands of plants from the Master Gardeners’ own gardens. Other attractions include speakers, a Children’s Corner, the Fleatique, the popular Ask-a-Master Gardener Booth, delicious food and much more.

“We are so excited about the North Metro Atlanta Chapter of the Georgia Native Plant Society and Alpharetta’s Community Agriculture Program joining Garden Faire this year. It’s a win/win for all of us,” said Sandra Shave, NFMG Garden Faire chairperson. “Our visitors will enjoy convenient one-stop shopping for all their gardening and landscapes with a wide variety and selection of plants for every need. There will be fun activities for kids and learning experiences for everyone. And, purchases will support three great organizations that use the funds to better our communities.”

Admission is free and proceeds from Garden Faire will provide scholarships and benefit community education efforts and project gardens supported by the North Fulton Master Gardeners volunteer organization. Master Gardeners will be on hand to help shoppers choose the plants that best meet their needs and answer gardening questions.
