During this Energy Tune-up Workshop the facilitators will discuss how disturbances or imbalances in the body's energy field can manifest as physical, emotional, or spiritual ailments. While scientific research on energy healing techniques is ongoing, many people report experiencing benefits such as reduced pain, improved mood, increased relaxation, and enhanced vitality from these practices.

This class will be around 1.5 hours and time will be spent in the salt cave as well. Stephanie Olney is a Master Reiki Practitioner with years of experience. Linda Olney is a certified Reflexologist with decades of practice with energy healing techniques.
