A sacred 2-hour event to invoke our ancestors and connect with the essence of cacao along-side our loving community at AUM YOGA. You will experience a magical journey of self-connection & ritual through the medicine of ceremonial cacao, breathwork, and a heart-opening yoga flow. At the end of our journey, Maura will share the history of cacao from ancient Maya tradition to its contemporary use, along with Maya Moon Cacao's vision and mission. This information is very exclusive, acknowledging that it's really difficult to know and share this wisdom if you're not from Mayan heritage. We conclude the circle with a sharing circle of gratitude and love.
