Atlantans can participate in a weekend of wisdom, yoga and meditation with Sadhguru on May 16 at the Georgia Convention Center. Hosted by the Isha Foundation, this Inner Engineering workshop is a comprehensive system addressing every aspect of human well-being, from body, mind and emotion to the fundamental life energy within each person.

More than 2 million people have completed the Inner Engineering program worldwide, reporting remarkable results. Participants report significant health boosts, greater energy and vitality, enhanced mental focus, reduced anxiety and depression and a deep sense of well-being.
