I’ve also transformed chronic anxiety and depression stemming from complex childhood PTSD, chronic illness, intergenerational trauma, and the unique challenges that emerge from being an empathic person. This journey led me to wade through the layers of my personal underworld and rebirth myself with greater compassion and love for myself and others.
