During the Spring Equinox we plant the seeds that will come harvest in the fall. What ideas, thoughts, stories have you planted? In this time of renewal, how much are you holding onto the past and how much are you willing to let go of to become the you that you've always wanted to be? These are the underpinning questions we explore during this workshop.

As the body and mind are connected, we begin with a grounding meditation to build the body mind connection. We then use movement to help stir up and release stories held in the body to make space for truths to surface, resulting in feelings of expansion, ease, and renewal. The workshop concludes with a gong bath meditation which utilizes the vibrational power of sound to aid in the process of letting go so that these new-truths can take root. Please bring your journal for writing reflections and any crystals that you would like charged by the gong.
