Have you ever wished you could manage what shows up in your life? You can. The Spring Equinox offers us an incredible opportunity to connect with the divine and take an active part in manifesting what comes into our lives. Our ancestors understood this, which is why they had rituals for renewal and rebirth in the spring.

DHA offers you a renewal ceremony of grounding, reflective journaling and creative smudge stick design in which you are imbuing your ceremonial smudge stick with the seeds of what you would like to manifest. Smudging creates a soulful and balanced environment. The workshop ends with a gong bath meditation to clear lingering energetic blockages keeping you attached to the past so that you are fully renewed and ready for what summer has in store for you! During this event you will create two smudge sticks to dry at home and use for your personal ceremony. Please bring your journal for writing reflections and any crystals that you would like charged by the gong or add to your smudge stick.
