Chair Yoga & T'ai Chi Exercise Class
Very beneficial, easy-to-follow movements for seniors - taught by a Certified, experienced Senior
This Chair T’ai Chi and Yoga Class is an 8-week class for older men and women, anyone who has difficulty getting up and down from the floor or someone who might enjoy a gentle approach to mindful movement.
The class is beneficial, easy and fun. Combining easy-to-follow movements from Gentle Hatha Yoga with T’ai Chi exercises, you will gain flexibility, strength and balance, improved circulation and lower blood pressure. You’ll also enjoy mindfulness meditation and relaxation for enhanced inner peace. You may choose to stand or sit (or some of each) depending on your ability and/or preferences.
