SERIES: HABITS OF HAPPY PEOPLE — Bring habits of happiness into 2023! This six week Buddhist meditation course will offer practical ways to do this. We will explore several different meditations and ways of thinking that uplift the mind, and how to carry these with mindfulness into your day, so that you can maintain a light, joyful attitude, whatever life throws your way.
