We are very excited to offer this class!! This will be a 14 hour hands on with the option of 10 hour home practice sessions for a total of 24 hours. I have been teaching Reflexology to Massage Therapists for 10 years and Stephanie Winter (Sound Therapist) and I, have designed this class specifically for Yogi's. We will also enjoy several Sound Therapy breaks to keep us centered and grounded.

Intro to the Chakras Warm up and relaxation techniques
Students will learn (7) sequences covering the following systems: Muscular/Skeletal, Endocrine, Reproductive, Digestive, Urinary, Lymphatic Learn - the secret techniques of a Reflexologist and tuning the chakras with a set of 7 specialized tuning forks.
This will be an awesome addition to your toolbox as a Yoga Instructor and a great ability to have in general.
