This restorative experience is designed to help you reset your energy, body, and spirit, releasing the stress, tension, and energetic burdens of daily life so you can return to a state of greater balance, clarity, and inner peace. A sound bath is a restorative wellness practice that immerses participants in soothing frequencies and vibrations produced by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. These therapeutic sounds help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release physical and emotional tension, and guide the body out of the fight-or-flight response into a state of rest, restoration, and healing.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, energetically depleted, or simply seeking a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, this nurturing experience offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves you, replenish your life force energy, and emerge feeling refreshed, grounded, and spiritually renewed.

Mats and blankets are available. You can also feel free to bring your own mat, blanket and/or pillow, and a composition book for journaling.

INFO: NO SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE SHALA. SHOES MUST BE PLACED IN THE SHOE AREA. You must register at least one day before the class starts so that enough refreshments can be ordered. Class donation is $35. All proceeds go to Healing Hands Reiki and Spiritual Development Inc. We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds on donation based classes.

Late Policy: Doors lock 5 minutes after class has started. So, please reschedule if you are more than 5 minutes late.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be provided in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours to the starts of class. A one time class credit will be given to use within 90 days.
