Serenity Within: Exploring Yoga Nidra

In true yoga nidra, we'll move into a conscious deep sleep state, we surrender the ego. This takes practice. You will be lying down on a mat, warm and cozy listening to the sound of my voice. During our practice we will transition through multiple levels of consciousness. I'll guide you through breathing techniques & a beautiful journey to rest your bodie(s)and mind.
