New Moon Guided Meditation The next new moon will occur on Tuesday, Dec. 12 at 6:32 a.m. EST. (Guided Meditation class packs cannot be used for this class.)

A new moon occurs when the moon is directly between Earth and the sun, with its shadowed side pointing towards us.

What to expect for this event? Raye provides an herbal tea created especially for this New Moon and along with crystals, Oracle cards and journaling, we will work to release any energies that are no longer needed. We will learn to trust, set intentions and embrace a positive outlook.

We will then move into the Salt Cave and settle into a guided visualization with sound. Feel free to bring whatever you want to add to your comfort like pillows, blankets, eye pillows Etc. Please bring white socks to wear in the salt cave. You may also want to bring a bottle of water with you to drink on your ride home.
