Yoga Tools for Pelvic Health
Join Patty Schmidt (C-IAYT, E-RYT500hr, YACEP and APD instructor) for an informal afternoon exploring yoga tools to support optimal pelvic health.
We’ll review anatomy of the pelvis and related areas, talk about and physically explore the pelvis’ relationship to breath and respiration, how to use yoga props and postures for specific concerns both at home and in your studio practice, and share a few yoga tools that are wonderful ‘maintenance’ practices to cultivate awareness of and optimal functioning to this vital area of the body.
This is a casual, informative, and fun afternoon. Please wear clothing in which you can comfortably breathe and move!
No experience of yoga is necessary; all bodies, abilities and wellness levels are welcome.
