“Serenity Within” is a Yoga Nidra experience designed inside an intentional and compassionate community while nurturing self-compassion. This unique experience promises to be a journey into the profound practice of Yoga Nidra, a powerful form of guided meditation that fosters deep relaxation and inner awareness. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," allows participants to access a state of conscious relaxation, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It goes beyond conventional meditation, guiding individuals to a state between wakefulness and sleep, where profound healing and rejuvenation can occur. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Wylde Center. The cost per class is a suggested $20 donation or you can pay what you can. By participating in "Serenity Within," you not only invest in your well-being through the practice of Yoga Nidra but also contribute to the mission of Wylde Center. We invite you to sign up for our Yoga Nidra session at Legacy Park 500 S. Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia, 30030. When coming to Legacy Park, take the second entrance from either direction, and you will be in front of the main building. The class is held in the auditorium of this main building with two large columns. After class, refreshments will be served, providing an opportunity for participants to connect and share their experiences. As you embark on this meditative journey, be sure to bring your mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle to ensure your utmost comfort. We will have extra props if you do not have your own.
