As you enter a meditative state, you will be introduced to the concept of sacred geometry, which represents the underlying mathematical principles that shape the natural world. Sacred geometric patterns, such as the Flower of Life or the Seed of Life, carry deep symbolic meaning and are believed to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
