Invoking Peace
Our practices will explore the interplay between movement and stillness, sound and silence through sequences that incorporate yoga asana, pranayama and traditional chanting.
In this weekend workshop we will combine traditional Vedic chanting with fluid yoga asana and gestures of special significance (nyāsa).
