The PAN Foundation is thrilled to host a free family festival in Atlanta, Georgia, designed to bring wellness resources directly to the community. This event is a collaboration with our friends at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Emory and WellStar healthcare systems, and Morehouse School of Medicine.

What to expect:

• Free farmer’s market: Pick up fresh produce at no cost
• Free application support: Get help applying for government and financial assistance programs
• Free health screenings: Get important health checks at no cost
• Fun activities: Enjoy music, urban line dancing, yoga, and a cooking demonstration
• Local resources: Meet with over 40 health organizations and wellness groups

Planning to get application support at the event?

Experts will be available to provide free application support for Medicare, Medicaid, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) programs. To make the process easy, please bring the following information and documents:

• Home and mailing address for everyone applying for coverage
• Dates of birth for all applicants
• Social Security numbers (cards preferred)
• Immigration documents
• Employer and income information for each household member (like pay stubs or W-2 forms)
• Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering your household
• Completed employer coverage worksheet for every job-based plan you or a household member may be eligible for (even if you do not enroll).
• Notices from your current plan, including your plan ID if you have or had health coverage in 2024

What to bring: Required documents:

• Bring all necessary documents if you plan on getting application support.
• Comfortable clothing and shoes: Wear something comfy—you may want to join in on activities!

Arrival information:

• Parking: There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. Just follow the signs to the entrance.
• Check-in: When you arrive, visit the registration desk to check in and pick up your event materials.
