Divine Music Breathwork with Himalayan Monk @ Giving Tree Yoga Atlanta
Experience a dynamic synthesis of breathwork and music meditation built on ancient trauma healing techniques from a Himalayan monk in Atlanta
What is Divine Acoustic Breathwork?
Himalayan Monk Vedaji has spent 40+ years studying the synthesis of breath and sound. He believes that all sickness - mental, physical or spiritual - comes from unprocessed energy trapped in the body.
Vedaji's Divine Acoustic Breathwork invites you to achieve cognitive catharsis (connect the dots), release trapped energy and revitalize your existence.
What happens during the event?
You lie down on your yoga mat with eyes closed. For 1 hour, you are guided through an intense breathwork. You reflect under guidance through revelatory questions. We culminate with a heartfelt expression of gratitude for our journey through divine musical meditation (Kirtan).
What do I bring?
A yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, eyeblinds and your heart
Who is Vedaji?
Vedaji is a student of life. Trained by veteran yogis in the Northeastern Himalayas, he has committed 40+ years to sharing his teachings with anyone struggling with untold inner trauma. He leads retreats across 27 countries and is offering this experience for the first time in Atlanta.
Through his own journey of immense upheaval, Vedaji discovered powerful breathing rhythms tuned to specific universal sound frequencies, that under crafted guidance, allowed energy to become free. He found his body's inner intelligence carrying him into altered states of consciousness that opened his heart to completely different perspectives on his trauma. A natural conviction about his inner potential to be better would arise, thus jumpstarting his healing from intense sexual trauma.
