This posture clinic is open to the public for free postural analysis and yoga pose recommendations to help you live your best life. Students will receive a free 20 minute consult with our advanced yoga teachers in training (all hold a 200 hour level yoga certification and are working on their advanced 300 hour certification). This consult can include help with a nagging issue such as low back pain or help on a yoga pose you have wanted to attempt but haven't had the ability to get into just yet. Please note this workshop is led by certified yoga teachers, not medical professionals.
