At this retreat, you will learn Sudarshan Kriya™—a powerful rhythmic breathing technique that harmonizes the body-mind complex. Participants notice reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, a stronger immune system, and increased energy levels. More than 100 independent studies have shown the science-backed benefits of Sudarshan Kriya.
Held twice weekly, Wednesday to Friday and Friday to Sunday, the Happiness Retreat also includes morning yoga and three healthy, vegetarian, buffet-style meals per day. For extra fees, you may attend cooking classes and demos, pottery classes, or enjoy Ayurvedic wellness treatments.
The Art of Living Retreat Center, which sits atop a mountain in Boone, NC amidst 380 acres of pristine forest, offers a range of accommodations from a shared retreat room to a one-bedroom apartment.
