These Feldenkrais® chair lessons are designed to help you feel lighter, looser, and more at ease. Through gentle, mindful movements, you’ll discover how to sit with less strain, improve flexibility, and restore natural, comfortable movement. If you spend long hours sitting or if you have trouble getting to the floor, these lessons will increase your flexibility and mobility right from your chair and you will find that you can move through your day with more freedom and comfort.
