Peachtree Yoga Center's 57th 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Certification Course offers an immersive and transformative journey into the heart of yoga. This well-rounded program integrates deep personal practice with foundational training in asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Participants will gain practical skills in creative class sequencing, effective teaching, and building a coherent personal practice, all while exploring Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras on an experiential level. Small-group learning, mentorship, and a supportive community of like-minded spiritual seekers create an ideal environment for growth and discovery.

The course includes in-depth anatomy study, hands-on posture labs, and “learn by doing” methods to reinforce each lesson. Students will gain insight into postural alignment, injury modifications, and the energetic systems of the body, including chakras and nadis. Unique features like dyads and triads foster teamwork and personal reflection, while practicum and mentorship ensure participants build the confidence needed to teach. Certification meets national Yoga Alliance standards and includes 200 contact hours, a comprehensive manual, leadership development, and up to 15 yoga classes at no additional cost. Classes are held over nine weekends from August to December 2025 at Peachtree Yoga Center in Sandy Springs, Atlanta.

Led by experienced teachers Ilona Moore and Graham Fowler, the course emphasizes inner transformation as much as outward skill. Students emerge with a deeper understanding of themselves and yoga’s potential to bring lasting fulfillment. Limited to a small group for personalized guidance, the program offers early-bird pricing ($2,750) and payment plans, with applications accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
