Treat yourself to a deeply nourishing experience with Restorative Yoga, designed to gently open the body, calm the mind, and promote healing. This class is perfect for all levels and focuses on stillness, breath, and supported postures using props such as bolsters and blankets. Held in the serene environment of our Himalayan Salt Cave, this session combines the benefits of yoga with the natural detoxifying and respiratory support of halotherapy. Space is limited! All props provided. Please bring a pair of socks for the salt cave and anything that makes you feel cozy.  Most events are held inside the salt cave and it can be a little cool.
