The Winter Solstice invites stillness, reflection, and renewal. It’s a sacred pause — a time to release what no longer serves and make space for what’s ready to bloom.

In this deeply restorative gathering, you’ll be held in an atmosphere of warmth, candlelight, and community as you reconnect to your center and welcome the returning light.

This Special Session Weaves Together

• Restorative Yoga led by Jessica and Elissa — Sink into long, fully supported postures that melt away tension, calm the nervous system, and open energetic pathways.

• Live Sound Healing with Crystal — Experience luminous tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft percussion, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit through vibration and frequency.

• Reiki Energy Healing — Gentle touch and intuitive energy work offered throughout the session to deepen release, balance your system, and restore your natural flow of life force.

You’ll be surrounded by soft candlelight, soothing scents, and the nurturing energy of community. Together, we’ll honor the turning of the year — letting go of what’s past and planting seeds of intention for the light to come.
