This Monday evening weekly Zoom class accompanies the Sunday morning Lenten Message Series. During this 6-week small group experiential series, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your inner power. Through guided meditations, reflective practices, spiritual teachings, and embodied exercises, you’ll  practice directing your spiritual energy with intention—awakening greater healing, harmony, peace, and prosperity in your life.
