Woman Creates To Uplift Others

“I wanted to create something that Atlanta would stop for. I used to have to sit in traffic for two hours each day, and I always wished there was something visually engaging,” writes Aaronda Hargrett. “Naturally, being an artist, my first thought was to be the change I want to see. So I picked a spot and started drawing. It occurred to me that there were people watching but I was so focused on making something beautiful somehow I felt alone.
“If I could tell Atlanta one thing it would be to believe more. Anything is possible. The only thing that stops us is fear. Remove fear and create things greater than yourself.”
