I view life as reading a book— we are all reading the exact same book but we’re not reading the same chapter. I love to help those who are struggling or feel stuck on certain chapters.

High-performing, sensitive, persevering people reach their goals, yes but they also face silent struggles with some of those chapters. I know this because I identified with that silent struggle for years. I have learned the tools and techniques needed to offer something that at times, I did not have: real support.

My approach focuses on alleviating past trauma, mental blocks, and work/life struggles through Energy Healing and Coaching.
