WHAT TO EXPECT:

An intentional dance activated by vocal toning and singing during an hour and a half dance through our emotions, lifecycle, archetypes, and levels of consciousness. This is followed by a singing bowl meditation, a closing circle and then community tea time. We will leave time at the end for integration and connection.

*The dance starts at 8pm sharp, so plan to arrive by 7:45pm so that we can set the space and create intentions for our co creation.
