This cave is constructed from natural pink Himalayan salt, featuring stacked salt boulders and bricks. The air is infused with rich negative ions, with its calming and detoxifying effects. This Halotherapy can support the immune, respiratory, sinus, allergies, nervous and lymphatic systems.

Denise is a local Sound Therapist, performing throughout the Atlanta area. The meditative instruments help to produce deep, sonic vibrations. Healing tones are created by Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, bells, rain stick and more. A Reiki Master/Teacher, her healing energy is amplified out while playing, clearing the space for a truly transcendent experience.

It can be on the cool side in the cave. You may bring whatever you would like to add to your comfort: pillows, blankets, mats etc. Please bring a pair of socks to walk in the Salt Cave.
