Join certified vibrational therapist, Karen Triana, for an evening of communal bonding, stress relief and creative expression in the salt cave. Come together to play various percussion instruments, (i.e. hand drums like djembes, congas, bongos, tambourines, and other rhythmic instruments).

When participating in a drum circle, it's common for individuals to bring their own percussion instruments; however, a few instruments will be available for use. The diversity of instruments adds richness and texture to the rhythms created within the drum circle, allowing for a dynamic and engaging musical experience.

Participants in a drum circle may follow a facilitator or simply play intuitively, creating rhythms and patterns that interlock and evolve over time.

The experience can be both meditative and energizing, as individuals connect with the rhythms, each other, and the environment around them. Join us for an evening of joy and a sense of belonging in the shared experience of making music together in a drum circle.
