Aromatherapy offers a safe, natural and effective way to support the health and emotional well-being of the entire family. When used correctly, essential oils can provide relief for a wide variety of everyday conditions for the whole family. However, it is essential to use them safely—always diluted and in proper ratios.
A general guideline is to blend three to five essential oils into a carrier oil such as apricot kernel, jojoba or a natural lotion base. Depending on the condition, four to six essential oils can be used together, mixed well into the carrier base. Below are some gentle, family-friendly blends you can easily create at home.
2 drops roman chamomile
4 drops sweet orange
4 drops ylang ylang

Safety Guidelines
Keep in mind that citrus oils, especially bergamot and lime, can cause photosensitivity. Avoid sun exposure after application. Do not use essential oils on babies six months old or younger. After six months, use only highly diluted blends of about 0.05 percent. Never apply undiluted oils on children. However, a single drop of lavender may be used for minor burns or insect bites in toddlers. Pregnant women should use only gentle, calming oils with professional guidance.
Important: Always consult with a certified and well-trained aromatherapist before beginning any new essential oil regimen. Essential oils are highly concentrated and must be used with care. Topical application and inhalation are recommended. Internal use should only be practiced under expert supervision. ❧
