Menopause marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years, confirmed when menstrual periods have ceased for a full year. The transition, known as perimenopause, can begin years earlier as hormone levels—particularly estrogen and progesterone—start to decline. Essential oils can help ease the discomfort of symptoms, promote emotional balance and offer natural, supportive care during menopause. Aromatherapy, and its use of essential oils, is a holistic therapy that works gently on the body, mind and spirit. While they are not substitutes for medical treatment, they can be powerful allies in easing menopausal transitions and enhancing overall well-being. Choose high-quality, pure essential oils and always blend with care. ❧
