Green Juice: Morning Hydration Brain Boost

Yield: 1 serving

 4 to 5 stalks of celery

½ to 1 whole cucumber, peeled

½ cup Italian parsley

½ cup baby spinach

2 to 3 stalks of red kale or Pacific kale

½ to 1 whole green apple, peeled and cored

Mix all ingredients together in a juicer or blender and enjoy.
